Each plan is calibrated to remain realistic. Enough hours for regular follow-up, without ever becoming a package that cannot be consumed. Annual commitment, monthly billing. The larger your subscription, the more advantageous the hour.

Are you afraid you won't like it ? Try it with complete peace of mind: if the subscription doesn't suit you, you can cancel it at the end of the 3rd month, no justification needed. We're confident in the effectiveness of the follow-up, and you can verify it without taking any risks.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Yes. Individual coaching sessions are confidential: what is said remains between the coached person and their coach. Only team sessions are shared with their participants. The quarterly report focuses on the evolution of the company and teams, as well as the managerial tools discussed. The personal content of the session is not disclosed.
No worries, they carry over once to the following month.
You can order additional hours at the hourly rate of your plan, without renegotiating the subscription.
It all depends on your subscription choice. With the Select, you invest in yourself. With the Circle, you can use the hours for yourself, for executives, managers, or team leaders. For the Alliance subscription, you choose who benefits within your company. This ranges from management to employees.
The subscription is annual, but you are never locked in. You can cancel it after the first 3 months: we are confident in the effectiveness of the follow-up, and you can verify it without taking any risks. Just let us know. If you continue, the commitment lasts until the end of the 12 months, with monthly billing.
